南瓜砵仔糕或小蛋糕作法[9P]
南瓜砵仔糕(南瓜小蛋糕)
材料:低脂植物牛油40克,低筋麵粉160克,專業烘焙蜜糖30克,泡打粉1/2茶匙,蛋3隻,南瓜50克,高筋麵粉30克,水35克(約),小麥粉20克

材料一覽
step1:將南瓜隔水蒸熟,壓成茸備用.

step2:將低脂植物牛油和專業烘焙蜜糖混合,拌勻.

step3:加入蛋及水,拌勻.

step4:將所有粉篩過後加入蛋漿.

step5:加入南瓜茸,拌勻.

step6:可隨意加入南瓜粒,增加美感,但要留意份量,不能太多,否則會太多水份!若想做出來多些南瓜粒,step5就不要加全部份量的南瓜茸.

step7:將粉漿倒入蛋糕盤內,入爐用150度梏約45分鐘.

蛋糕中間再多d南瓜粒會靚d!由於要趕住整第2款蛋糕,所以一夠鐘就拎咗出黎灘凍,令佢矮咗成吋!不過你地就唔好喇,有時間就由得佢o係個爐入面cool down,咁佢既外型就會再靚d架喇!
